Can you tell me is it legal to have a person (adult) living in a sec 8 house that is not on the lease? This person works and is living with his girlfriend and two kids next door to my house.
The girlfriend was bragging about the fact that her bf lives with them even though he is not on the lease.

@Francine….ABSOLUTELY NOT! SECT 8 is to help the the one who applied for it. If shes got a bf with a job, she doesn’t need to be on this program. I’m on it. I live alone no bf w a job. Hell not even a bf! People ripping off the GOV like that needs to be barred completely. This country would save millions and millions of dollars yearly if they did pop ins on people and booted the riff raff. I HOPE you turned her in. Theres waiting lists for people that actually need this. I would even try to go to a higher up too.
