Am looking to relocate to Flint, MI from Grand Rapids, MI. where I live at Leonard Terrace Apts., a Grand Rapids Housing Commission facility. I have a Section 8 voucher. I would like a 2 bedrm. apt. in as pleasant an area as possible, possibly in the southwest quarter of the city, yet not far away from shopping. Preferable a short walking distance from grocery (Meijers ?) store.

I just purchased a two bedroom home at 637 Parkway in Flint Mi. I haven’t closed on the property yet. I want to rent the house out very soon. I have a Becka Manangement voucher, (section 8) in which they pay in full whatever is required to stay. its just me and i am looking for something not TOOO big but also not TOOO small. any where from a 1 to a 2 bedroom will be nice. not far for grocery stores, convienent stores! plaese take into consideration request thanks a bunch.
