I have a voucher from Delaware. I am disabled with a heart condition, and have a defibrillator/pacemaker. I can’t drive due to this. My family lives 10 miles away in Elkton, Md. they want me to move there, so I will be close to them, because of my health. I have to give up my apt. in De. on July 31st. How do I go about finding out how I can move to Elkton, Md. My voucher expires on Sept. 6th. Can I get an extension, so I can look for housing in Md.? Please HELP!!!
