I will have an apartment for a qualified sec 8 tenant ready Dec 1, 2011. Tenant may move in as early as Nov 15th with no charge for those 15 days. Security deposit is $250.00, last month rent and signed lease and background check due before Dec 1. On Dec 1 first month rent will be due for key.
2 spots for off street parking. This is a two family house, tenant will be on 1st floor. There is no basement access or storage available on site.

Non smokers. No dogs. Two smaller pets may be approved by landlord for exception $25/per month extra depending on if allowed.
